By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by 4dlive, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 4dlive platform.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and 4dlive as the platform operator. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold one personal account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior warning. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. 4dlive reserves the right to verify the validity of such information at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 4dlive will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your login information. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact our customer support immediately.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 4dlive platform complies with all applicable local laws. You agree not to use this platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
Users are prohibited from using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical tools to access or interact with the 4dlive platform in an unauthorised manner. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or disrupt platform operations may result in permanent account closure and legal action.
Payment Information & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on the 4dlive platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. The use of a third party's payment method without legitimate authorisation is prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Deposits are processed via supported local payment methods, including TNG eWallet and local banks. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected method. All deposits are subject to system verification before being credited to your account.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name. Withdrawal requests that do not meet identity verification requirements will not be processed until verification is complete.
4dlive reserves the right to hold, suspend, or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of platform terms. In such cases, 4dlive will cooperate fully with the relevant authorities.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
4dlive provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that it will operate free of interruptions, errors, or technical faults. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4dlive shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform.
Users acknowledge that participation in games involves financial risk and that 4dlive makes no guarantees regarding game outcomes. All game results are final as recorded by the platform's system.
Account Suspension & Closure
4dlive reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document
- Reporting or confirming fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual
- Providing false information during registration or verification
- Attempting to manipulate the platform's system or games
- Failure to verify identity or age when requested
In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending further investigation.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the 4dlive platform — including logos, graphic designs, user interfaces, text, software code, and game materials — is the property of 4dlive or our licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any such content without the express written consent of 4dlive.
The 4dlive platform may contain references or links to third-party services. 4dlive is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
4dlive reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated revision date. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the 4dlive platform shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of a competent court. Users agree that any claim must be filed within one year from the date of the incident giving rise to it.
